What challenging times we are all going through. I hope you and your family are all safe. My heart goes out to the vulnerable and scared right now, those worried about isolation and loneliness, and all those affected by this horrible virus. Also, a big shout of thanks to all the doctors and global healthcare workers and individuals on the front lines, looking after people and working to contain the virus.
I am sure you are getting overloaded with information from different sources, but I wanted to drop you a line to let you know how we are dealing with it here at Aspiga. We are closely monitoring what is going on and will follow recommendations from the World Health Organisation, the government and the NHS. The Aspiga team are working closely with our retail partners to help support them through any temporary store closures. Luckily, we also have an online presence and so our online store will continue to serve, you, our customers as normal. Our warehouse has put extremely thorough procedures in place to ensure/help their staff stay virus-free and the Aspiga HQ team will all be working from home, for a while, ensuring our website continues to operate at full capacity. During working hours our amazing Customer Service team, will be on Live Chat, email, or you can still contact them by phone, to answer any enquiries around your order, shipping updates, sizing, fit, availability and style.
As we move to protect our physical health, we also want to make sure we look after our mental wellbeing. As social distancing increases, we will have to support each other more than ever and make each other smile! We'd really love to hear how you are getting on, so please stay in touch with us via our social channels (Facebook or Instagram).
Please remember while you may be cancelling your holidays, Aspiga now sells plenty of wonderful, sustainable clothes perfect for the spring and summer in the UK.
As a small privately-owned business, I am worried about the next few months. Your support, now more than ever (to us and to all small businesses around your community) will mean the world to us. I am a firm believer that out of adversity some positives always come, and already we are seeing remarkable acts of kindness and solidarity, let's all be a part of that positivity.
Most importantly, please look after yourself and each other.
Stay Safe.
