THE POSITION: MARKETING MANAGER

This is a unique opportunity for a commercially driven individual to join a fast-paced,
founder-led business with ambitious growth plans.

As Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the Founder and the Ecommerce & Digital team to develop and execute a robust marketing strategy. This role is pivotal in driving revenue, profitability, and brand awareness, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution.

You will take ownership of brand storytelling, PR, catalogues, social media, digital content, collaborations, retail stores, and CRM. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for sustainability, this role is perfect for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Project Management

  • Plan, lead, and execute marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment with Aspiga’s goals.
  • Develop detailed project timelines and manage budgets to deliver campaigns on time and within scope.
  • Conduct post-campaign reviews, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.

2. Catalogue and Retail Management

  • Oversee the creation and distribution of catalogues ensuring they reflect Aspiga’s sustainable ethos and aesthetic.
  • Collaborate with retail partners to deliver engaging in-store marketing experiences
    that reflect the brand’s values.

3. eCommerce Strategy

  • Manage online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales through Aspiga’s eCommerce platform.
  • Collaborate with the Ecommerce Manager to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and conversion rates.
  • Analyze key performance metrics such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and LTV (Lifetime Value) to refine digital strategies.

4. Marketing Calendar Management

  • Develop and maintain a robust marketing calendar that integrates product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional events.
  • Ensure seamless execution and coordination across all marketing channels.

5. Creative Storytelling

  • Develop compelling narratives that highlight Aspiga’s commitment to sustainability, ethical values, and craftsmanship.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to deliver engaging content across blogs, newsletters, social media, and other platforms.

6. Agency and Vendor Collaboration

  • Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring alignment with brand
    objectives and standards.
  • Provide constructive feedback to maximise results and enhance agency deliverables.

7. Social Media and Campaign Management

  • Design and execute innovative social media content strategies to grow and engage Aspiga’s community.
  • Plan and oversee integrated campaigns across email, social media, and digital
    advertising platforms.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends and platforms (e.g., TikTok), adapting strategies
    accordingly.

8. Photoshoots and Content Creation

  • Coordinate photoshoots, sourcing models, photographers, and videographers to
    support product launches and promotions.
  • Oversee the production of high-quality content for blogs, newsletters, and social
    media, ensuring brand consistency.

9. Collaboration with Product Teams

  • Partner with product and design teams to align marketing campaigns with product launches and customer feedback.

10. Customer Insights and CRM

  • Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Sweet Analytics) to analyse customer data and drive
    retention strategies.
  • Use insights to create targeted campaigns and improve engagement.

     

    KEY ATTRIBUTES

    Proven Experience

    • Demonstrated success in brand and digital marketing within an SME retailer,
      preferably in the fashion industry.
    • Experience working in founder-led businesses, with the ability to align with the
      founder’s vision and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
    • Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing, and project management tools.

    Skills and Expertise

    • Proven ability to manage and balance multiple priorities effectively.
    • Exceptional storytelling skills with strong written and verbal communication.
    • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager,
      and Klaviyo (or equivalent platforms).
    • Expertise in catalogue production, retail marketing strategies, paid search, SEO best practices, and social media management.
    • Strong analytical skills, with experience tracking metrics like ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
