POSITION: Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a talented and driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across retail, eCommerce, catalogues, and digital channels. If you are passionate about storytelling, thrive in managing multiple projects, and have a deep appreciation for sustainability, this is the role for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Project Management

  • Plan, lead, and execute marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment with Aspiga’s goals.
  • Develop detailed project timelines and manage budgets to deliver campaigns on time and within scope.
  • Conduct post-campaign reviews, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.

2. Catalogue and Retail Management

  • Oversee the creation and distribution of catalogues ensuring they reflect Aspiga’s sustainable ethos and aesthetic.
  • Collaborate with retail partners to create engaging in-store marketing experiences.

3. eCommerce Strategy

  • Manage online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales through Aspiga’s eCommerce platform.
  • Collaborate with the Ecommerce Manager to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and conversion rates.
  • Analyze key performance metrics such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and LTV (Lifetime Value) to improve digital performance.

4. Marketing Calendar Management

  • Develop and maintain a robust marketing calendar that integrates product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional events.
  • Ensure timely execution and coordination across all marketing touchpoints.

5. Creative Storytelling

  • Craft compelling narratives that highlight Aspiga’s sustainable practices, ethical values, and unique craftsmanship.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to deliver engaging content across blogs, newsletters, social media, and other platforms.

6. Agency and Vendor Collaboration

  • Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, ensuring campaigns align with brand standards and objectives.
  • Provide feedback to improve agency deliverables and maximize results.

7. Social Media and Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to grow and engage our community.
  • Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital advertising channels.
  • Stay informed on emerging social platforms (e.g., TikTok) and adapt strategies to evolving trends.

8. Photoshoots and Content Creation

  • Coordinate photoshoots, including sourcing models, photographers, and videographers, for product launches and promotional materials.
  • Oversee high-quality content creation for blogs, newsletters, and social media while ensuring alignment with Aspiga’s brand aesthetic.

9. Collaboration with Product Teams

  • Work closely with product and design teams to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with product launches and customer feedback.

10. Customer Insights and CRM

  • Leverage CRM tools (e.g. Sweet Analytics) to analyze customer data, enhance personalization, and drive retention strategies.
  • Use customer insights to shape targeted campaigns and improve engagement.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Proven experience in marketing management, ideally within the fashion, retail, or eCommerce industries.
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling narratives.
    • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) is an advantage.
    • Experience in digital marketing, including paid search, SEO best practices, and social media management.
    • Familiarity with catalogue production and retail marketing strategies.
    • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking metrics like ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
    • Knowledge of sustainable materials, certifications, or industry best practices in ethical fashion is an advantage.
    • Passion for sustainability and ethical branding.
    • Experience working in a founder-led business is an advantage.
