The London Edit: What to do in Chelsea
Our roundup of some of the best things to see and do
near the King's Road in Chelsea
Our Flagship Store
We’re so excited to open a new store right in the heart of Chelsea, on the same street where we had our successful pop ups over the Summer. We’d love for you to stop by and say hello, so do come in and see our exciting new collection!
For the fit-out of our new store, we are super proud to say that everything has been recycled from other stores apart from some new curtains for the fitting room and our Aspiga signage.
We are loving the the wonderful turquoise paint colour we chose for the shop, turquoise by Edward Bulmer Paint who make brilliant sustainable paints. Inside the changing rooms we chose their beautiful pink (cuisse de Nymphe Emue) .
What to do:
Perfect for coffee…
The new Coco Coffee Shop in Soho Home’s Chelsea store has some of the best coffee on King’s Road. It’s small, independently run and prides itself on amazing coffee made with care. Plus, the building itself is worth the trip alone - it was originally a chapel built in 1824.
Soho Home Store itself is perfect for browsing gorgeous homeware, and is just round the corner from our store.
Key events
Celebrate the lights on...
The Chelsea Christmas Lights are up and looking gorgeous, and will make the perfect excuse to travel up and see our new store and maybe get a bit of Christmas shopping done, too.

With Holy Trinity Church just around the corner, why not plan your trip around their lovely Carols for Choir and Audience concert on the 17th December? Featuring carols old and new, including well-loved favourites for the audience to join in, and some seasonal treats from their superb accompanists.
Where to Eat
A luxury meal…
The new Ivy Asia, part of the Ivy group, is a great spot to grab lunch with an amazing menu of Asian dishes and tasty cocktails. They’ve just introduced their Zen Lunch menu, a selection of hand-picked dishes specially designed to spice up lunchtimes, and we can’t wait to try! Located just next to the Ivy Garden which is perfect for a stroll
Perfect with friends...
Granger & Co has a great selection of different dishes for lunch and dinner - why not share a few small plates with friends or treat yourself to something bigger? We love the Celeriac and Courgette Fritters with tasty halloumi.
Great views…
Alongside an amazing all-day menu, Vardo offers a rooftop terrace perfect for enjoying some winter sun (or great inside seating also for when the weather plays up!) Just a few steps away from our new store, it offers some amazing cocktails to enjoy, too - we love the Pear & White Tea Fizz.

Sticks and Sushi
Festive dining...
Sticks’n’Sushi may be a favourite all year-round, but their Christmas menu (available from the 29th November) looks absolutely divine - and they have a dedicated plant-based menu for all non meat lovers.
Foodie heaven...
Also conveniently close to our store is Partridges, the fabulous foodie emporium, which is still family-run and full of the finest produce from around the world.
The beautiful store holds a Royal Warrant and is a huge favourite with Chelsea’s locals. Why not pop in and spoil yourself with some Christmas goodies? Or try the hugely popular Partridges Food Market which is open every Saturday and champions small start-up businesses and producers of fine, local, British and International foods.
